The intense HOH challenge, part of Big Brother’s thrilling 10/10 edition twist, saw Sultana outshine fellow contenders Faith, Kola, Koyin, Dede, and Mide. Her victory not only dethroned interim HOH Faith but also earned her immunity from nominations, exclusive access to the HOH lounge, and the privilege of steering the house for the week.
As tradition demands, the new HOH got to pick a house guest, and Sultana chose Isabella, granting her shared access to the lounge and its perks.
